All our guests have access to a full schedule of fitness and martial arts classes at the world-renowned Tiger Muay Thai Training Camp. With high-energy coaches guiding you every step, you can choose your classes, create a unique schedule tailored to your needs, and try new things while working out with fellow retreaters.

Our BeFitreat hosts love joining in on the classes and are always there to support and guide you throughout your fitness journey.

Muay Thai, the “Art of Eight Limbs,” is known for its power, efficiency, and simplicity, combining kicks, punches, knees, and elbows with fluid grace. All our retreat packages include two private Muay Thai sessions with an experienced coach to help you learn new skills, improve combinations, and boost your cardiovascular fitness.

Only Available on Body Transformation Full Package

Guests on our Body Transformation package will receive x2 weekly Personal Training sessions included. You will be assigned a Coach who will support and guide you throughout your stay on BeFitreat.

Your coach will also create your personalised Macro Nutrition Plan based on your goals, your dietary preferences and activity levels during our retreat.

In addition you will be invited to attend a weekly check-in with your coach to measure progress and make any necessary changes to your personalised nutrition plan.

Additional Personal Training sessions can also be added at an extra charge.

Body Transformation Packages:

Enjoy a personalized meal plan tailored to your goals, including three meals, a snack, and a shake daily (except Sundays). Includes a pre-retreat consultation, regular check-ins with a Nutrition Coach, and a nutrition workshop.

Fitness Package:
Two meals per day from the hotel’s diverse menu, featuring international, local, and healthy options. Includes a nutrition workshop.
